Controlauto is looking for a talented Business Controlling Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, strategic planning, and business analytics for our local and potential international operations. Your mission:  

 

  • Be a dynamic and analytical professional with Understanding of iberic markets, financial management, and business strategy 

  • Collaborate with senior management and business unit leaders 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and executive teams 

  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management, board of directors, and external stakeholders as required 

  

Main Responsibilities:  

  

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for international business units 

  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management 

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business unit performance and drive continuous improvement 

  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization 

  

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:  

  

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business controlling, or strategic planning 

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics tools 

  • Knowledge of international accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures 

  • Advanced use of Excel and Power Point 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities. 

  • High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism 

  • Fluency in English and knowledge of Spanish (preferred).
