Role and Responsibilities

• Perform account analysis, reconciliations, and variance control;
• Act as the financial integration lead, in collaboration with the Finance Department, for new business initiatives (domestic and international);
• Ensure monthly closing processes and commission billing;
• Prepare and validate supporting schedules and invoicing documentation;
• Ensure integration and consistency of information across financial systems;
• Handle adjustments (credit and debit notes) and resolve discrepancies;
• Support tax obligations and financial reporting;
• Support system parameterization and master data maintenance;
• Coordinate with operators, concessionaires, and financial partners.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• Experience in invoicing, financial control, or similar roles;
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems (preferred);
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and critical deadlines;
• Comfortable communicating with multiple levels of the organization;
• Critical thinking, problem-solving and action-oriented mindset.
