Role and Responsibilities

• Support financial planning and management control processes across business areas
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring follow-up with operational teams
• Develop business plans and support the definition of revenue and margin targets
• Monitor financial performance and analyze deviations versus budget
• Control and optimize costs, ensuring alignment between planning and execution
• Identify risks and opportunities and recommend action plans
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Partner with non-financial teams, translating financial data into business insights
• Support strategic decision-making with forward-looking analysis

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Solid experience in Management Control, Financial Planning & Analysis or similar roles
• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of reporting and BI tools will be valued
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify key business drivers
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong business partnering mindset, with the ability to influence decisions outside the finance area
• Results-oriented, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• International experience, exposure to matrix or multinational environments, or financial transformation projects will be a plus
