Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Brand Manager – B2B & International to lead the development and execution of the Via Verde Group’s B2B marketing strategy. This is a critical role within the Marketing team, with both local and international scope, responsible for building the Group’s B2B brand presence and ecosystem in Portugal and abroad — driving awareness, demand, and alignment across commercial and product teams.

The Senior Brand Manager will design and implement comprehensive B2B marketing plans, leading campaigns and initiatives that position Via Verde and its subsidiaries as trusted partners for businesses in Portugal and beyond. The role will require working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver measurable business and marketing impact.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead Via Verde group’s B2B and international marketing strategy, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence across markets.
  • Partner with the Commercial and Product teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies for B2B and B2B2C offers.
  • Oversee marketing operations internationally, ensuring that both marketing activities and business performance deliver the expected results.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns that combine B2B, B2B2C, and B2C elements, adapting to local market dynamics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Product, Brand, Digital) and external partners (agencies, media, and local entities).
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to corporate and international audiences.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing and business KPIs, ensuring accountability, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Marketing Director, contributing to the evolution of Via Verde’s international growth and brand expansion.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in mobility, technology, or services industries.
  • Strong track record in brand building, demand generation, and go-to-market execution.
  • Ability to operate effectively across B2B, B2B2C, and B2C contexts.
  • Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end and manage stakeholders at all levels with experience collaborating across different cultures and markets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Leadership experience, including managing and developing international team members.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
