Role and Responsibilities

 

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Brand Manager – B2B & International to lead the development and execution of the Via Verde Group’s B2B marketing strategy. This is a critical role within the Marketing team, with both local and international scope - driving awareness, demand, and alignment across commercial and product teams.

  • Develop and lead Via Verde Group’s B2B and international marketing strategy, ensuring a consistent brand presence across markets while overseeing international marketing operations to deliver expected business and performance outcomes.
  • Partner with the Commercial and Product teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies for B2B and B2B2C offers.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns that combine B2B, B2B2C, and B2C elements, adapting to local market dynamics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to corporate and international audiences.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing and business KPIs, ensuring accountability, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Marketing Director, contributing to the evolution of Via Verde’s international growth and brand expansion.

 

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

 

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in mobility, technology, or services industries.
  • Strong track record in brand building, demand generation, and go-to-market execution.
  • Ability to operate effectively across B2B, B2B2C, and B2C contexts.
  • Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end and manage stakeholders at all levels with experience collaborating across different cultures and markets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Leadership experience, including managing and developing international team members.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
