Role and Responsibilities
- Support the Shared Services Center (CSC) first line of service by participating in ticket triage, incident follow-up, and operational communication, ensuring visibility and coordination across internal teams and partners.
- Support the initial triage of tickets, with particular focus on incidents.
- Contribute to the classification, prioritization, and routing of tickets.
- Monitor operational alerts and dashboards to ensure timely identification of issues.
- Support ticket follow-up through to resolution and closure.
- Ensure ticket information remains complete, accurate, and consistent.
- Support operational communication across relevant stakeholders.
- Assist the Shared Services Center (CSC) in documenting recurring cases and conducting simple Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Academic background in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Systems Management, Electronic/Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in operations, ITSM, and support environments.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent requests in a fast-paced environment.
