Main Responsibilities

•    Lead, mentor, motivate, and expand a team of Data & Analytics professionals, enhancing their skills, services, capacity, and maturity;
•    Develop and implement the Data and Analytics strategy and Use Case Roadmap for Via Verde in alignment with Group Brisa’s Data & Analytics Office;
•    Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to identify analytical needs and opportunities for data-driven improvements;
•    Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and impactful manner;
•    Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to integrate data insights into business processes and decision-making;
•    Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive analytical solutions to support business goals and objectives;
•    Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics;
•    Act as an evangelist to foster a data-centric culture by championing best practices and demonstrating the impact of data and analytics on business success;
•    Adhere to and implement the Data Governance Framework as defined by the Group;
•    Ensure the effective use of Data & Analytics Platforms, tools and architecture guidelines in line with Group Data & Analytics Office standards;
•    Align with the Group’s Data & AI Literacy Strategy in terms of training, development, communication, and recruitment.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications
•    Higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, Economics, Business, Finance, or equivalent;
•    8+ years in Data, Analytics, and AI-related roles;
•    Proven team management and leadership experience;
•    Strong project and/or product management skills;
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams and levels;
•    Fluency in English;
•    Proficient in SQL and/or Python;
•    Understanding of Data Architecture principles including ETL, Data Warehousing, Reporting, and Dashboarding;
•    Experience with Data & Analytics platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or similar;
•    Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Privacy principles, best practices, and tools (e.g., Purview).
