Operational Business Analyst

Via Verde is looking for a Operational Business Analyst to join our team!

Your mission:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights and generate regular reports on operational performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Evaluate existing operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement then develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity;
• Manage and oversee operational projects from initiation to completion, ensuring project objectives are met within scope and on time;
• Liaise with key stakeholders, including management, department heads, and external partners, to understand their needs and requirements;
• Ensure operational processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and policies, and develop mitigation strategies for potential risks;
• dentify risks and develop action plans for risk mitigation and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of implemented measures and make adjustments as needed to ensure operational efficiency and risk management;
• Analyze operational costs, assist in budgeting and financial forecasting, track performance, and implement improvement plans where necessary.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
• Master's degree in information systems, management, mathematics or engineering;
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar roles;
• Experience with dashboard production tools (e.g., QlikSense, Power BI, Dynatrace, Tableau, and others);
• Experience in data analysis and processing tasks;
• Experience in defining and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, is a plus;
• Proactivity and initiative to identify and solve problems before they become critical;
• Critical thinking and strong ability to identify patterns and respective deviations;
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle changes and new challenges;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum - B2 level, Upper-Intermediate).
