Product Owner - Via Verde

Your mission:
Identify opportunities, define scope and vision for our products/services. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand market requirements and user needs, translating them into actionable User Stories for development teams. You’ll sit in the intersection between business units, design and tech teams. 


Main Responsibilities:
•    Conduct thorough market analysis with support from internal teams (e.g. marketing team and UX teams); 
•    Ensure the quality of product delivery through effective collaboration with our development and testing teams;
•    Operate within the dual role of PM and Product Ops, establishing processes and core functionality structures.
•    Hold onto the product vision and strategy while navigating the complexities of internal and external stakeholder dynamics;
•    Drive the management of platforms such as websites and apps that enhance our products/services for end consumers;
•    Navigate challenges with resilience, adapting strategies and approaches to overcome obstacles and drive success in a dynamic environment.


Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
•    Degree in Management, Economics, Engineering or similar;
•    Up to 5 years’ experience in Product Management, working with digital services and technology for digital platforms;
•    Experience in working with development teams and influencing them to improve delivery processes - strong capability to operate between and within business and technical domains;
•    Experience in driving the QA effort to ensure high quality of the delivery;
•    Excellent communication skills with a focus on results and customer impact;
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant challenges, considering an ongoing digital transformation process;
•    Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities;
•    Fluency in English.
