Via Verde is looking for a Product Owner to join our Team!

Your mission:

Own specific product/service domains and identify opportunities, defining product vision and scope, and translating user and business needs into actionable work for cross-functional teams. You’ll be a part of the Product Department reporting to a Product Manager and sitting in the intersection between business units, design and tech teams. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive the vision and strategy of products/services for end consumers while navigating the complexities of internal and external stakeholder dynamics
• Manage the product backlog and collaborate closely with the design and development teams throughout the entire product development cycle, from ideation to launch and post-release analysis, ensuring their success
• Ensure the quality of product delivery through effective collaboration with our design, development and testing teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the overall way of working and delivery processes/ practices
• Communicate roadmaps, benefits, KPIs, and results to all stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and buy-in across the organization
• Participate in thorough market analysis with support from internal teams (e.g. marketing team and UX teams)

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Preferably experience in working with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), closely collaborating with design and development teams to improve delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and engage senior leadership
• Comfortable operating across business and technical domains, translating strategic goals into actionable plans
• Navigate challenges with resilience, adapting strategies and approaches to overcome obstacles and drive success in a dynamic environment
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and data-informed decision-making
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment
• Fluency in English
