Via Verde is looking for a talented Quality & Audit Specialist who will be responsible for building lasting relationships with our clients/operators, partners and promoting service growth. Your mission: 


  • Continuously assess process performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of Management System.
  • Collaborate with process managers to propose and execute plans for the development and optimization of organizational processes.
  • Provide support for the implementation of new certifications and accreditation processes.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with certification requirements and standards.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and collaboration on quality-related matters.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to educate employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices in quality management.


Experience, Skills and Qualifications: 


  • Post-Bologna Master's Degree (completion is mandatory), with Management System background
  • Up to 5 years of professional experience as Management System Manager or related roles
  • Professional certification in management systems preferred, such as ISO 9001 quality management systems (QMS) and ISO 27001 information security management systems (ISMS)/ISO 27701 Privacy Information Management System (PIMS) 
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of industry-standard frameworks such as SOC 2, NIS 2, and PCI-DSS (valorised)
  • Proven track record in quality assurance or quality management roles
  • Strong drive for innovation and technological advancement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Proactive and high degree of self-motivation;
  • Positive and collaborative attitude.
