Main Responsibilities: 
•    Coordinate internal events and invite external specialists to introduce new ideas and challenge the organization;
•    Facilitate the adoption of innovation tools and methodologies by Via Verde's teams;
•    Assist teams in identifying new opportunities to generate business value through innovation;
•    Perform market research to examine market trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape, identifying key players and potential partners;
•    Establish and track KPIs that measure the promotion of innovation throughout the organization.
 
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: 
•    Higher Education background;
•    At least 5 years experience in similar role;
•    Expertise with innovation methodologies and tools;
•    Able to challenge Bunisess Units and C-level stakeholders on their innovation strategy;
•    Experience in creativity methods, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, workshop facilitation and business model development;
•    Strong experience in market research and agile methodologies with a strong focus on customer centricity.
