BRISA is looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist.

The Challenge
In the context of significant growth and digital transformation, cybersecurity is a strategic priority for Brisa. Reporting directly to CISO, the Cybersecurity Specialist will play a key role in shaping and executing a comprehensive, integrated security approach across the Group.
This is a high-impact role that combines strategic thinking with technical execution. You will work closely with business units to ensure the protection of critical assets, business continuity, and the evolution of our security governance model.

Key Responsibilities
•    Contribute to the definition and implementation of a Group-wide cybersecurity strategy.
•    Implement and manage security solutions (e.g., firewalls, EDR, SIEM, DLP).
•    Continuously monitor infrastructure for threats and anomalies.
•    Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
•    Investigate and respond to security incidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
•    Support the development and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
•    Collaborate on security requirements for new IT projects.
•    Promote internal awareness and training on cybersecurity best practices.
•    Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2).
•    Produce technical reports and risk dashboards.
•    Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, auditors, and regulators.

What We’re Looking For
•    At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally in complex, multi-entity environments.
•    Strong technical background combined with strategic mindset.
•    Experience in both consulting and in-house roles is highly valued.
•    Solid knowledge of security frameworks and technologies.
•    Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
•    Fluency in English and Portuguese.
