Role and Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of Data & AI Literacy programs and initiatives, including training, workshops and company-wide events.Help develop and adapt practical learning materials for non-technical audiences, including quick guides, use-case cards, kits, and templates.
- Support Data & AI Change Management actions, including stakeholder and persona mapping, internal communication plans, employee engagement activities, communities of practice, change champion routines, pulse checks, and reinforcement actions.
- Prepare internal communication and engagement content, including intranet and Teams posts, FAQs, campaign materials, learning nudges, community content, workshop materials, event support materials, and executive digests. Work with HR - Learning & Development, Corporate Communications, Marketing, and business teams to ensure initiatives are accurate, accessible, and aligned with Grupo Brisa guidance.
- Collect, organize, and analyze learning and adoption indicators, including participation, completion, satisfaction, survey feedback, literacy assessments, and usage indicators where available.
- Assist in maintaining initiative trackers and preparing progress updates, dashboards, and governance materials, highlighting results, risks, feedback, and improvement opportunities.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Recently completed higher education, or final-year studies, in Management, Human Resources, Communication, Marketing, Education, Information Management, Data & Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple and engaging language.
- Curiosity and genuine interest in Data, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and responsible technology adoption.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage priorities, coordinate activities, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Analytical mindset and ability to synthesize feedback, survey results, and adoption indicators into clear insights and recommendations.
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and service-oriented approach, with confidence working across different teams and stakeholder groups.
- Comfort using Microsoft 365 tools; basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, while exposure to Power BI, Copilot, SharePoint, Teams or equivalents is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and for helping others adopt Data & AI confidently, responsibly, and in ways that create business value.
