Grupo Brisa is looking for an ESG Reporting Specialist for our Sustainability Team!

Role and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, in collaboration with various departments across the organization and external stakeholders, the preparation of the Integrated Annual Report.
• Analyze and prepare the disclosure of sustainability indicators in line with GRI Standards, also ensuring the process of independent external verification.
• Prepare responses to key sustainability indices and ratings, including CDP, Sustainalytics, and other sector-relevant benchmarks.
• Prepare for, monitor, and manage the implementation of new ESG reporting regulatory requirements, namely the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the EU Taxonomy for environmentally sustainable activities.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sustainability/ESG reporting roles.

• Higher education in one of the following areas: Engineering, Management, Economics, Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of international reporting standards (GRI, TCFD, ESRS, among others).
• Up-to-date understanding of European sustainability reporting regulations (CSRD, EU Taxonomy).
• Proven experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
• Strong team spirit and ability to work cross-functionally with different areas of the organization.
• Autonomy, planning, and organizational skills.
