Brisa’s Customer Unit is looking to strengthen its team with a Project Manager, who will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and transforming customer service processes.

Integrated within the Projects and Business Support Service, this professional will be responsible for managing strategic initiatives from definition through to implementation, with a particular focus on continuous improvement projects and the introduction of new technological solutions to support customer service teams.
This role is highly transversal, acting as a key point of contact between Business Units, operational teams, marketing and project/technology teams, ensuring alignment between business needs, customer processes and implemented solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, monitoring and execution of Customer Unit projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines and objectives;
- Act as a liaison between different areas, promoting alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle;
- Gather, structure and translate operational needs into clear requirements, contributing to the definition of processes and solutions;
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency;
- Support the analysis and definition of processes to be implemented in new systems or transformation initiatives;
- Ensure proper tracking of initiatives using project management tools (namely Jira);
- Maintain structured and well-organized documentation, facilitating information sharing across teams.
Profile
- Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics or a related field;
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in project management, process improvement or operational transformation roles;
- Strong ability to analyse and structure processes, with an integrated view of business and technology;
- Experience with project management tools (preferably Jira) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- Good knowledge of Excel and Power BI;
- Strong analytical skills, organization and ability to manage priorities;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams;
- Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on customer experience;
- Fluency in Portuguese and a good command of English.
