Brisa Group is looking for a talented Procurement Intern to join our Procurement team!

You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Procurement, supporting sourcing and contracting processes related to road and corporate infrastructure projects, while developing a broad understanding of the business.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the management of procurement categories related to construction works, projects, studies and other needs associated with road and corporate infrastructure
• Participate in market research and analysis, helping to identify suppliers, market trends and suitable solutions to meet the needs of different business areas
• Support the preparation of tender specifications and other documentation required for procurement and contracting processes
• Gain exposure to the different stages of a Procurement process, from identifying the business need through to selecting the most suitable solution
• Participate in the analysis of proposals and the preparation of comparison tables and reports to support decision-making
• Work collaboratively with different teams, developing a cross-functional understanding of the business
• Develop practical knowledge in Procurement, negotiation and contracting
• Participate in relevant projects and initiatives, gaining exposure to different internal teams and suppliers
• Develop skills in Procurement, analysis, negotiation and contracting within a dynamic, collaborative and results-oriented environment

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree recently completed or currently in progress in Civil Engineering, other Engineering disciplines, Management, Economics, Law or a similar field
• Interest in developing a career in Procurement, contracting or negotiation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Interest in the road infrastructure sector
• Knowledge of Public Procurement is valued but not required
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proactivity, responsibility and a strong sense of rigor
