Brisa Group is looking for a Communications Intern to join our team!

We are looking for a talented and ambitious communications intern who is eager to grow and learn while joining our communications team. Role and Responsibilities

• Participating in the creation of the Group's communication strategy;
• Developing informative and engaging content for digital and offline channels (Intranet, newsletter, LinkedIn);
• Managing online and offline communication channels;
• Participating in the planning, dynamisation and monitoring of the different offline and digital internal communication channels and proactively recommending strategic improvements;
• Collaborating with the other teams to create content in line with the company culture and brand identity;
• Participating in the definition of internal campaign briefings, creative and media briefings;
• Participating in the daily management of projects and their deadlines and negotiating with suppliers (internal and external) and partners (agencies, printers and others);
• Articulating projects with internal teams (Innovation, Human Resources, Sustainability, Security, Commercial and others).

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Background in Communication, Marketing, Management or similar;
• Fluency in English;
• Strong written communication skills to produce engaging content tailored to diverse audiences;
• Knowledge of digital media and content management (umbraco, drupal, wordpress or others);
• Enthusiastic, creative, dynamic and ability to find solutions;
• Excellent communication and a positive attitude while fostering a collaborative team spirit;
• Balance between strategic vision and operational project management;
• Ability to work autonomously.
