Brisa is looking for a young talented hands-on Compliance Trainee!

We will be challenging you with some of these assignments:

• Collaborate in the implementation of compliance and regulatory programs, particularly GDPR and RGPC, in coordination with other areas/companies within the group.
• Monitor internal projects (business/products) in terms of internal regulations, data management, and compliance.
• Improve internal control systems to prevent and mitigate legal, regulatory, and internal normative violations, including the definition and implementation of KRIs and KPIs.
• Participate in ESG projects, organizational and digital transformation programs and new partnerships, contributing with regulatory expertise.
• Assess existing controls, continually seeking to improve them, and review procedures, policies, and all internal regulations to identify risks and/or non-compliance.
• Keep up with regulatory demands inside and/or outside the company, as well as the evolution of best practices in compliance control.
• Prepare internal reports and reports for regulatory entities.

Apply if you have:

• Master's Degree in law, business or other related areas.
• Knowledge of ISO 37001:2016, Anti-Corruption Management System; ISO 37301:2016 and Compliance Management System is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders. 
• Sense of responsibility and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
