Brisa Group is looking for a Cyber Intern
We’re looking for talented new graduates passionate about Cybersecurity Governance, IT Compliance, and Risk Management, eager to support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of IT governance and regulatory compliance processes.
This internship has a strong learning component and offers hands-on exposure to regulated environments and technology governance best practices, contributing to the alignment of IT and cybersecurity with recognized frameworks, standards, and legal requirements.

We will be challenging you with some of these assignments:
- Support the maintenance and update of IT and Cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures;
- Contribute to the mapping of IT controls against frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT, and promote alignment between IT, Cybersecurity, and business areas;
- Monitor regulatory and normative requirements (e.g., NIS2, ISO 27001, DORA, GDPR) and support compliance activities;
- Assist in the collection and maintenance of compliance evidence, ensuring documentation is accurate and audit-ready;
- Support internal and external audits, including evidence preparation, follow-up actions, and action plan management;
- Contribute to IT risk identification, governance reporting, dashboards, and continuous improvement of control processes.
If you have:
- Solid academic background in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field (final-year student or recent graduate);
- Interest in IT Governance, Cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory compliance;
- Basic understanding of international standards and frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or COBIT (plus);
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to documentation and processes;
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams;
- Motivation to learn and develop knowledge in regulated technology environments.
