We’re seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Designer who is eager to grow and learn while integrating into our Marketing team. Mission:

• Create visually appealing designs and creative assets for all the brands under Grupo Brisa, including marketing campaigns, social media, e-mail marketing, websites and other platforms.
• Assist in developing and implementing design strategies to enhance brand identity and engagement.
• Ensure consistency and quality in all visual content, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet client needs or to improve design quality.
• Identify opportunities for innovative design solutions to stay ahead in the digital landscape.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Academic background in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Communication Design or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Prior experience in graphic design projects or internships.
• Basic understanding of Print and Digital principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail to ensure consistency and quality in all design work.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative design solutions.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude and a collaborative team player.
• Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
