Brisa Group is looking for a talented HR Operations Specialist to join our HR Department!

Role and Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the daily activities of the HR operations team;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations;
• Assist in the development and implementation of efficient HR processes and procedures;
• Manage the full employee administration cycle, including hires, terminations, and internal transfers;
• Oversee payroll processing and related activities;
• Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters;
• Analyze and report on HR performance metrics;
• Assist in the implementation of new HR solutions and systems;
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of HR policies across the organization.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Master's degree in Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field;
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in similar roles;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP is mandatory;
• Experience in data analysis (InforPM, PowerBI, Tableau...) and advanced knowledge of Success Factors will be considered an asset;
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities;
• Fluency in English.
