Grupo Brisa is looking for a talented Learning and Development Manager with high potential to integrate our Human Resources team.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement learning strategies in line with organizational objectives;
  • Identify learning needs and gather feedback from employees;
  • Design, organize and facilitate training sessions;
  • Evaluate learning initiatives and promote continuous improvements in training processes;
  • Collaborate with external suppliers and content specialists to ensure the quality of materials;
  • Offer coaching and advice to managers on their own development;
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in the field of learning and development;
  • Collaborate with Human Resources in creating frameworks for talent development programs.

 

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field;
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, including the design and implementation of skills development programs and individual coaching;
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to analyze data related to learning, including program effectiveness;
  • Familiarity with change management principles to facilitate the smooth adoption of new initiatives;
  • Experience in leading teams;
  • Solid knowledge of the complete training cycle (preferential);
  • Coaching certification (preferential).
