Your mission:

• Implementing standard employee lifecycle processes (e.g. recruiting and talent acquisition processes, training & development, performance management, etc.);
• Support full performance management cycle, using the best practices and technology (SucessFactors);
• Designing, developing and implementing impactful learning experiences, such as leadership programmes
• Participate in transversal HR projects;
• Participate and lead talent acquisition programs/projects;
• Developing team buildings for Portugal and internationally;
• Collaborate with team members to implement training and learning processes;
• Provide support for activities related to corporate social responsibility (Work-life balance, Empresa Familiarmente Responsável Certification, volunteer programs…);

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in HR management, Management, Organizational Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR, particularly in development areas such as employee engagement, career plans, performance appraisals, training,      recruitment, etc.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors will be considered a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
