Your mission:  

Your mission is to define the strategic business agenda and the value creation model of Brisa Group by proposing and following up on strategic objectives for the development and efficiency of the asset portfolio. In this phase of accelerated growth and opportunities, we are looking for a Strategy Associate with high potential of growth and ability to contribute to the development strategy of Brisa Group and to the achievement of the company strategic goals. 

• Ensuring the execution of the strategic planning processes for the Group, where the elaboration of the multi-year strategic plans is of particular importance; 

• Collaboration with the Executive Committee in defining strategy development of Brisa Group; 

• Ensuring the creation of value and balance of results in the Brisa Group's business portfolio - proposing and recommending changes whenever necessary while ensuring that businesses are aligned with the defined development strategy; 

• Develop projects to improve the profitability of the group's assets and/or with a focus on business innovation and value creation for Brisa; 

• Analyze concrete investment and divestment opportunities of strategic relevance and produce proposals and/or recommendations, integrating business development M&A processes; 

• Coordination of internal consulting projects. 

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Significant experience of 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in the infrastructure management sector and in strategic consulting; 

• Proficiency in finance and corporate finance is a plus; 

• Experience in the preparation of business plans and financial modeling; 

• Working autonomy and coordination/management of multidisciplinary project teams; 

• Strong operation skill, as well as a solid management, strategic and business vision; 

• Fluency in English.
