Grupo Brisa is looking for a Sustainability Specialist for our Sustainability Team!

Role and Responsibilities:

• Participate in and support internal working groups and initiatives on various sustainability topics;
• Propose strategies for the implementation of sustainability initiatives;
• Analyze and produce technical and strategic content (presentations, memos, technical notes) on ESG-related topics;
• Prepare and lead internal awareness and training sessions related to ongoing sustainability projects;
• Support the collection and preparation of information for various sustainability reporting tools (e.g., sustainability reports, ESG indices and ratings, among others).

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Higher education in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Management, or related fields;
• Around 5 years of professional experience in corporate sustainability or related areas;
• Experience in developing technical and/or institutional content on sustainability topics;
• Experience in infrastructure, transportation, or environmental sectors is a plus.

• Strong teamwork skills;
• Analytical thinking and organizational ability;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proactive attitude and ability to drive internal initiatives;
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
• Fluency in Portuguese and advanced level of English (spoken and written).
