Brisa Group is looking for a talented CRM Analyst Intern to join the Outbound Own Channels team, supporting the creation and segmentation of campaign audiences, as well as analyzing and optimizing campaign performance.

Brisa Group’s Outbound Own Channels team plays a central role in enhancing customer engagement and delivering data-driven marketing initiatives that support the Group’s strategy.

In this phase of accelerated growth and opportunities, we are looking for a CRM Analyst Intern with strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving, who will contribute to building impactful customer journeys and supporting the optimization of marketing campaigns.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Segment and analyze customer audiences for targeted campaigns;
• Analyze campaign results;
• Monitor and analyze operational data;
• Build and maintain dashboards to track and communicate performance.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Academic background in Information Management, Mathematics, Marketing or related fields;
• Knowledge of databases and SQL;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint);
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI (valued but not mandatory);
• Preference for analytical roles with a structured and systematic mindset;
• Ability to approach complex problems with organization and clarity;
• Interest in technology, data-driven marketing, and customer engagement.
