Colibri is looking for a Business Controller to join the Control and Reporting team!

Your mission:

Drive financial and operational excellence by ensuring operational and budget control. You will be expected to support informed decision-making, contributing directly to the continuous improvement of a leading organization in the mobility sector, with an impact on the life quality of millions of customers.

Main Responsibilities:

- Supporting the preparation of the annual budget and medium-term plan;

- Analyzing budget deviations and proposing corrective measures;

- Monitoring existing KPIs and proposing new indicators to monitor; 

- Drawing up and analyzing management control maps/reports to support decision-making;

- Implement optimization of administrative and financial processes in operational areas.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

- Master's degree in the area of Management, Economics, Finance or similar (or in the process of finalizing it);

- Advanced knowledge of Excel;

- Knowledge of English - B2;

- Good analytical skills and a critical/proactive spirit;

- Results-orientated and attention to detail.
