Main Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly account closings, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
• Analyze variances between budgeted and actual figures, identifying their causes.
• Prepare monthly reports on results and key operational indicators.
• Develop the annual budget and business plan, collaborating with different areas of the company.
• Manage relationships with various teams in Portugal and Spain, ensuring collaboration and alignment between financial and operational teams

• Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of management control processes.
• Support the administration in decision-making with detailed financial reports and analyses.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in management control or similar roles.
• Degree in management, economics, accounting, finance, or related fields.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.

This position is initially for a one-year maternity leave cover, with the potential for reassignment to another company or area within Brisa Group.
