Managing the Brisa Group has become increasingly complex, as a result of the greater diversification of its Mobility, Technology and Service Stations businesses. This has led to changes in people management needs, namely, greater autonomy for team leaders in the management of their teams, greater need to monitor the development of employees and greater management flexibility to accommodate the different needs of employees.

To better prepare our people for the future, we have developed a set of learning, optimizing performance and improved work-life balance solutions.

Training, development and value creation

We believe that the success of investment in training and development is measured by customer value creation and the professional and personal growth of our employees.

Thus, the continuous training of its employees is a priority and also a strategic opportunity. In this respect, we regularly invest in  technical and behavioral training and development programs for individuals and teams.

We have developed partnerships with the main schools, universities and training companies, creating programs dedicated to the future of work, namely on agile work methodologies, data science, digital acceleration, team leadership in a changing context, among others.

We promote facilitation of learning using different formats, based on an integrated learning platform, with solutions that adapt to different personal needs and realities, such as experiential and immersive training, gamification, blended learning, e-learning, among others.

We invest in qualifying our people for their jobs, namely in PhD and postgraduate courses, as well as other training in Portugal and abroad. Some of these qualifications include technical certifications as well as an academic degree.
